Lynda provides leadership training, communication and team building workshops, seminars for organizations, and colleges. She serves as a mentor and speaker for "Education is Freedom" and Junior Achievement "Career Success" Initiatives and Bill J. Priest Economic Development Center.

Ms. Waters holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Tarleton State University in Human Resources. Lynda is Qualified and facilitates workshops on Myers Briggs Type Indicator, MBTI Step II, Strong Interest Career Assessments, FIRO-B, TKI and DDl Effective Communication training.

In addition, Ms. Waters has been active within the community and corporate sector by meeting a wide variety of training and public speaking needs. Lynda is an active member of the International Career Management Professional Association, Texas Career Development Association, Association of Psychological Type and Dallas HR and Society of Human Resource Mangement organizations.

As the principal for DFW Career Services I have provided career development services to both individuals and organizations for the past twenty years in the DFW metroplex area.

Past clients have described Lynda as "enthusiastic" and a "positive motivator", who helps them through the rough spots with encouragement and a sense of humor! She believes in holding her clients accountable by setting up manageable goals.

Lynda has gained extensive knowledge about occupations, industries and employers through her own diverse career. She continually works in the medical field as a Career Consultant for one of the largest non-profit health care systems in Texas. Her experience also includes working as a contingency recruiter with one of the oldest, most successful placement firms in DFW area. The combination of Lynda's career counseling, recruiting, workforce development and community outreach experience provides a great benefit to her clients.
